Cambridgeshire County Council and Cambridge Regional College - partners in SmartLIFE’s new skills centre for renewable energy, the SmartLIFE Low Carbon Centre - welcomed Greg Barker MP Minister of State for Energy and Climate Change on Monday 31 October to open their building.
